Munro 5/8' Large Articulated - Shear Scraper + Blade Holder Kit (No Shaft)

The Articulated Shear Scraper has been designed as an accessory for the Munro Articulated Hollower.
 
Its primary purpose is assist the user to present the scraper blade at the most effctive angie to the work-piece surface in a range of situations. The shear scraper will produce a very clean surface on most timbers If It presented at the correct angle to the wood.
 
Therefore its toal holder has two distinct planes on which to fasten the ‘Scraper Blade, depending on grain direction and lathe rotation direction. Because the forms being turned are highly varied the scraper biade has been shaped in an ever changing curve to allow as many contours to be followed as possible.
